For your reference, note that the rules and regulations contained in this agreement cannot be used against the "Online Auction," but due to it such as the Convention governing the relationship between all relevant parties to the site, note that any ambiguity in regulation or a misunderstanding cannot be refuted in a negative impact on the interest of any of the parties. Cannot resort to any regulations or laws other than regulations and laws set forth by the "Online Auction," below, but the event occurred Executive Director of the company confirms its commitment to the regulations and other laws, note that any agreement is signed by the authorized official, either verbally or in writing, not necessary to "Online Auction" any responsibilities or legal obligations. *All bidders must have Online Auction Apps updated regularly and make sure to have the latest version of Online Auction App that is available on the app store on your device before bidding; Online Auction is not responsible for missing any information or any changes at the services because you didn't update the Apps.

* Registering a new user on the online auction site that authorizes the participant to obtain an electronic username and a password to use in entering the online auction site, participating in the bid, modifying and raising the offer.

* The participant is aware of the fact that no one else knows the password and that he bears sole responsibility for remembering it and ensuring that no one else is able to view or use it.

* In case that the password is forgotten or the desire to change it, the participant alone is able to enter the website to obtain the password or the alternative password.

* All transactions will be conducted in Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). Online Auction is not liable for any loss due to conversion between currencies and/or loss due to bank transfers between differing currencies.

* The bidder acknowledges that all data provided by him is correct and at his own risk and does not contain error or confusion.

* The winner of the auction shall pay the total amount within 48 hours of the sale being approved.

* In case that the deposit is confiscated from the customer for non-compliance with payment, he will be included in the blacklist, and he will be prevented from entering the auction and participating in auctions, or at the discretion of the Online Auctions Department.

* A penalty of 1000 AED will be applied against each bounced cheque.

* The security deposit shall be refunded as per the registration name. In case the funds have been transferred by a different person or entity the refund will be issued to the source account. All refunds will be processed by account payee cheque or bank transfer.

* As per the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) Law No. 8/2017 published by the Government of the UAE, Value Added Tax (VAT) of 5% will be added to all auction prices (where applicable) and all charges including but not limited to, administration fees, Late payment and late receipt fees, storage fees, export, and delivery fees.

* VAT is applied on the auction final price in accordance with the provider's obligations, not Online Auction, according to the FTA's laws.

* The sale is subject to the approval of the supplier, and the sale procedures may be canceled and/or extended before and/or after the auction ends, and before the transfer of ownership is completed.

* Those wishing to participate in the auctions must pay a security deposit that is equivalent to 20% of the Bid Limit value required in the case of paying with a credit card.

* In case that you want to pay the security deposit by cheque, the deposited cheque shall be 100% of your required bidding limit.

* The participant undertakes to complete the payment process if he wins a bid, and in case, he breaches this security deposit will be confiscated and legal action to abstain from payment

* Each participant who is willing to purchase through our website shall register his data and choose a username and password of his own so that he can use the services of the site.

* The participant can raise the value of the bid of the offered item for sale through the website, taking into account that the value will not be less than the minimum of the bid.

* Any auction conducted on any item in the last 5 minutes of the end time of the bid will lead to an increase in the time of bidding on the vehicle, an average of 5 minutes each time.

* The bidding time is extended only in case any of technical issues or if a bid takes place at the last minutes of the bidding time to allow other bidders to submit their offers.

* The right to use all of the names, trademarks, names, service marks, names of the acquisitions, logos, and images to the owners of the site alone.

As you are a member of the site you undertake to abide by the instructions stated below when using the Site of "Online Auction", do not violate any laws or any rights or agreements of the parties. Do not use the site if you do not have the legal authority to bid, if not attained the age of 18, or if you were banned from using the Site, whether temporally or definitively. Not manipulate with the prices of the auction or regulations, to obligate not to circumvent the conduct of auctions. Not to spread false, incorrect, or misleading information that would challenge or discredit any of the parties.

Not to give your username on "Online Auction" to any of the parties, not disturb the site visitors by sending materials that inconvenience or damage or spy on any of the parties. Do not send any messages or materials fabricated that it was said by "Online Auction."

"Online Auction" has the right to determine or to suspend or terminate any of the services provided by the site, and may prevent users from entering the site or removing any material published on it, or take electronic or legal actions to prevent users from logging in the site without warning, and that if administration of "Online Auction" found the need to take any of the procedures listed above for any reason, note that the company has the right to cancel inactive accounts when needed.

"Online Auction" has the right to change the admin fees for services provided by the site with no prior notice, for promotional reasons, or when new services are released.

Undertake as a user of the site not to use the robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to log in to the robot exclusion headers that the site contains for any reason.

In addition to the above, you undertake not to:

Do any activity that would adversely affect the infrastructure of the site.

Influence or attempt to influence the functionality of the Site or any activity of its activities.

Participation in the auction means knowledge with certainty that precludes ignorance of the current state of supply.

Prevent site users to access, or to limit access to a particular class in any way.

Return policy

The winner of one of the items shall pay the incurred sums after the auction, noting that he will not be able to recover any of the amounts he paid in case that he fails to pay the remaining amounts due, as it is not permissible to recover the money in exchange for returning the purchased items.

The security deposit value is confiscated in case that the bidder violates the rules of the auction, which results in the loss of an opportunity to sell or his breach of the completion of the deal. In case that the auction is awarded to the bidder and he does not receive the movables within a maximum period of 10 days from the date of paying the amount of sold items, the sale will be canceled and re-displayed for auction, with the first buyer bearing the difference in the two prices, if any. In case that the sale price by re-auction is higher, he does not have the right to claim any amounts, as he violated one of the terms and conditions of the auction.

Customer privacy policy

All your information for "Online Auction" is subject to our privacy policy, we collect the information of users of the site through the names of participating members only, as the collecting of statistics regarding the visitors of the site is random to keep the privacy of users’ information. 

Upon successfully finishing the payment process, the customer shall be present physically to sign on the delivery note at the requested location during the specified period or time by online Auction or the provider, in case that not abiding to the delivery time the storage fees for the item is AED 100 per day. In case of a power of attorney for another person authorized to receive and sign, kindly send it to us in advance via e-mail to [email protected]

In the end, the above regulations and laws are generally referred to without being used against Online Auctions, and no regulation may be interpreted as misunderstood.

And it negatively affects one of the parties, as the previous laws do not hold Online Auctions any legal or official responsibility, and our responsibility is in anything issued by our offices signed and approved by the authorized signatories in Online Auctions
